Financial Review BOSS Magazine and the University of Sydney Business School are searching for Australia's next emerging leaders. Offering a prize package that includes an MBA scholarship worth over $60,000 to inspire and nurture the leaders of tomorrow.

SELECTION PROCESS

ROUND ONE

Entrants must complete an initial application and submit a response to essay question.

ROUND TWO

Shortlisted applications are required to complete the Gallup Clifton StrengthsFinder® assessment and attend a Sydney-based masterclass.

Shortlisted applicants are required to attend a Program eligibility interview.

Finalists are required to attend media training with the Australian Financial Review, an interview with the judging panel, and a leadership lunch where the scholarship will be announced.
